Planning & Strategic Partnership


  • Coordinate with management on strategic planning, objectives, and resource allocation to ensure the competitiveness of the Soul Parking partnership’s cooperation
  • Define, communicate, and execute growth strategy for partnership eco-systems, including identifying significant opportunities and acquiring new potential third-party partnerships
  • Develop outstanding insights on the markets, competitors, and business trends, and disseminate this knowledge to develop and inform key decisions
  • Establish, lead, and maintain robust relationships at higher levels with key partners
  • Create strategic mapping locations to support the expansion plan for the company
  • Lead and develop a team through upskilling and coaching


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Min. 4+ years’ management experience in partnership, strategy/business operations for a fast-growing start-up company, preferred
  • Solid financial understanding, analytical abilities, and ability to create actionable reports
  • Strategic thinking and planning, hands-on mentality
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and demonstrated ability to report and persuade different levels, including senior management
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Proven track record in client relationship management and new business development
  • Knowledge about the digital media industry and the latest digital advertising trends
