Responsibilities:
- Build, develop, and sustain solid relationships with company stakeholders and customers
- Identify new business opportunities and the most effective approach to pursue them
- Understand the company’s products and services as well as competitors to ensure business progress
- Create work plans to increase performance and location’s profitability
- Work closely and coordinate with other teams to meet customer needs
- Analyze current business and customer feedback data to improve and expand our offerings and deepen our relationships
- Follow market research and sector trends to provide insights into product development and competitive landscape
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field
- At least 2 years experience in the parking industry is a must, some property management experience preferable, with a strong track record of following through on tasks, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to manage relationships
- Have a growth mindset – willing to try new things to get things done
- Proficient in spoken and written English preferred
- Agile and able to thrive in a VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous) environment
- Experience in a startup environment preferred
