Business Development Associate


  • Build, develop, and sustain solid relationships with company stakeholders and customers
  • Identify new business opportunities and the most effective approach to pursue them
  • Understand the company’s products and services as well as competitors to ensure business progress
  • Create work plans to increase performance and location’s profitability
  • Work closely and coordinate with other teams to meet customer needs
  • Analyze current business and customer feedback data to improve and expand our offerings and deepen our relationships
  • Follow market research and sector trends to provide insights into product development and competitive landscape


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field
  • At least 2 years experience in the parking industry is a must, some property management experience preferable, with a strong track record of following through on tasks, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to manage relationships
  • Have a growth mindset – willing to try new things to get things done
  • Proficient in spoken and written English preferred
  • Agile and able to thrive in a VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous) environment
  • Experience in a startup environment preferred
