Responsibilities:
- Build, develop, and sustain solid relationships with company stakeholders (management, clients, customers, partners, investors, and other external stakeholders), as well as communicate effectively with all levels in a structured manner
- Identify new business opportunities and the most effective approach to pursue them
- Achieve business development targets by building and managing pipelines and closing deals
- Work closely and ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams
- Analyze customer feedback data to improve and expand our offerings and deepen our relationships
- Develop solutions that are tailored to projects
- Provide insights into product development and competitive positioning
- Lead the Business Development team and establish and implement a training program for new team member(s)
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related field
- 10 years of working experience in a management role/function
- Possess strong knowledge of the parking industry and property management, preferred
- Proven track record of managing strategic projects with senior stakeholders
- Demonstrate leadership qualities: manage team, delegate responsibilities effectively, build a positive and productive department culture, mentor team members
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage relationships and work well with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in English is a must
- Have a growth mindset – interest in the technology industry, in particular in personal data protection and digital identity as well as the willingness to try something new and different, to get things done
- Demonstrate the ability to adapt to changes and handle ambiguity within a startup environment, to follow through on tasks – a self-starter who thrives on autonomy when working towards a goal
