Business Development Senior Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Build, develop, and sustain solid relationships with company stakeholders (management, clients, customers, partners, investors, and other external stakeholders), as well as communicate effectively with all levels in a structured manner
  • Identify new business opportunities and the most effective approach to pursue them
  • Achieve business development targets by building and managing pipelines and closing deals
  • Work closely and ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams
  • Analyze customer feedback data to improve and expand our offerings and deepen our relationships
  • Develop solutions that are tailored to projects
  • Provide insights into product development and competitive positioning
  • Lead the Business Development team and establish and implement a training program for new team member(s)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related field
  • 10 years of working experience in a management role/function
  • Possess strong knowledge of the parking industry and property management, preferred
  • Proven track record of managing strategic projects with senior stakeholders
  • Demonstrate leadership qualities: manage team, delegate responsibilities effectively, build a positive and productive department culture, mentor team members
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage relationships and work well with cross-functional teams
  • Proficient in English is a must
  • Have a growth mindset – interest in the technology industry, in particular in personal data protection and digital identity as well as the willingness to try something new and different, to get things done
  • Demonstrate the ability to adapt to changes and handle ambiguity within a startup environment, to follow through on tasks – a self-starter who thrives on autonomy when working towards a goal
